ฐานข้อมูลวารสารทางด้านความเป็นผู้นำและการจัดการ สามารถค้นหาเนื้อหาวารสารที่เชื่อถือได้ซึ่งครอบคลุมหัวข้อต่างๆ เช่น พลวัตขององค์กร, การเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ใหญ่, และอื่นๆ เนื้อหาภายในมีการอัพเดตทุกวัน

สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษา (สกอ.) ได้บอกรับทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จำนวนหลายพันรายการ ทั้งวารสาร หนังสือ และฐานข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ให้แก่ผู้ใช้ที่เป็นสมาชิก (อาจารย์ นักศึกษา บุคลากรปัจจุบัน และส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้เข้าชมเว็บไซต์ของมหาวิทยาลัย 78 แห่ง) ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้ทรัพยากรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เหล่านี้ถูกกำหนดขึ้นโดยข้อตกลงของสำนักพิมพ์แต่ละแห่ง จึงเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้แต่ละรายว่าการใช้งานทรัพยากรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จะไม่เป็นการละเมิดข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขดังกล่าว ซึ่งสำนักพิมพ์แต่ละแห่งมีข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขแตกต่างกัน แต่หลักการโดยทั่วไป คือ

อนุญาต	ไม่อนุญาต
1. ให้ดู ดาวน์โหลด ทำสำเนา สั่งพิมพ์ และจัดเก็บผลสืบค้น	1. ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้เทคโนโลยีหรือระบบอัตโนมัติดาวน์โหลด
2. ให้ดู ดาวน์โหลด ทำสำเนา สั่งพิมพ์ และจัดเก็บบทความ	2. ไม่อนุญาตให้ดาวน์โหลดหรือสั่งพิมพ์วารสารทุกปีที่พิมพ์ ทุกฉบับหรือทรัพยากรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อื่น ๆ เป็นสัดส่วนจำนวนมาก
3. ให้ใช้ทรัพยากรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในทางวิชาการ การศึกษา การวิจัย การเรียนการสอน การค้นคว้าด้วยตนเอง	3. ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้ทรัพยากรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์ เช่น ขายซ้ำ เผยแพร่ซ้ำ หรือพิมพ์ซ้ำเนื้อหาที่ได้รับอนุญาต
4. ให้ส่งสำเนาบทความให้แก่ผู้ใช้ที่เป็นสมาชิกห้องสมุด (เช่น อาจารย์ นักศึกษา หรือบุคลากรปัจจุบัน)	4. ไม่อนุญาตให้ส่งต่อ เผยแพร่ หรือทำให้เนื้อหาออนไลน์เป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้ใช้ที่ไม่เป็นสมาชิกห้องสมุด (เช่น การส่งจดหมายตามรายชื่อหรือการลงกระดานข่าวอิเล็กทรอนิกส์)
5. ให้แสดง URL ของบทความในเว็บไซต์ (การเชื่อมโยงเนื้อหาไปยังสำนักพิมพ์อนุญาตให้เข้าถึงเฉพาะผู้ใช้ที่เป็นสมาชิกห้องสมุด)	5. ไม่อนุญาตให้แสดงเนื้อหาหรือบทความรูปแบบ PDF บนเว็บไซต์ (อนุญาตให้แสดง URL ของบทความที่กำหนดสิทธิ์ให้เข้าถึงได้เฉพาะผู้เป็นสมาชิกห้องสมุด)

The Office of the Higher Education Commission: OHEC subscribes to thousands of electronic journals, books and other databases for use by authorized users (current faculty, students and staff and, in most cases, on-site visitors for 78 Universities). The terms and conditions for using these resources are set out in electronic resource license agreements with each publisher. It is the responsibility of individual users to ensure their use of electronic resources does not breach the terms and conditions specified in the license agreements. Licenses vary from publisher to publisher; however, the general principles are :

Permitted	Not Permitted
1. viewing, downloading, copying, printing and saving a copy of search results	1. user of robots or intelligent agents to do systematic, bulk or automatic downloading is not permitted
2. viewing, downloading, copying, rprinting and saving individual articles	2. systematic downloading or printing of entire journal issues or volumes, or large portions of ther e-resources is not permitted
3. using e-resources for scholarly, educational or scientific research, teaching, private study and clinical purposes	3. using e-resources for commercial agin is not permitted(i.e. reselling, rdistributing or republishing licensed content)
4. seinging a copy of an aritcle to another authorized user (i.e. current faculty, students or staff))	4. transmitging, disseminating or otherwise making online content available to unauthorized users (i.e. seing to mailing lists or electronic bulletin boards) is not permitted
5. posting the URL to the publisher's version of the article on a class website (publisher links will allow only authorized users access)	5. posting the publisher's version or PDF of an article to an open class website is not permitted (instead, post the URL to the article which will allow only authorized users access)
